ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER PRIOR TO FIRST GAME. PLAYERS
 AGE 10-17 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN SIGNATURE

You will have to fill out a new waiver.

REMEMBER, we cannot let you play at our facility without a current waiver on file.
The new waivers will then be good until March 01, 2009
